Orders & Purchasing
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once your order is accepted and payment is processed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com and we'll do our best to help.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email will include your order number, items purchased, and shipping information. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern time ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! We offer local pickup at our Avon, Indiana store location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at 8100 E US HWY 36, Suite Q, Avon, IN 46123.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by clicking "View your order" in your order confirmation email.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If you have concerns about a delayed package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return single cards or graded slabs?
No. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and professionally graded slabs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on single cards or graded slabs purchased online.
Why don't you accept returns on cards?
Trading cards are unique collectibles where condition and authenticity are critical. Once a card leaves our possession, we cannot verify it hasn't been tampered with, switched, or damaged. This industry-standard policy protects both buyers and sellers.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect card?
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, or if we sent you the wrong card by mistake, please contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return sealed products purchased in-store?
For sealed TCG products purchased at our physical store location in Avon, IN, we accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days with receipt. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Contact our store directly or visit us in person.
Product Information
What condition are the cards in?
We carefully describe the condition of all single cards in each product listing using industry-standard grading:
- Near Mint (NM)
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Damaged (DMG)
For graded slabs, the official grade from PSA, TAG, or CGC is listed in the product title and description.
Are your cards authentic?
Yes! All cards are inspected and authenticated before listing. Graded slabs come with certification from PSA, TAG, or CGC, which guarantee authenticity and grade.
What grading companies do you carry?
We carry professionally graded cards from:
- PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator)
- TAG (The Authentication Group)
- CGC (Certified Guaranty Company)
Are the product photos accurate?
Yes! We photograph the actual card you will receive. What you see is what you get. However, colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to device settings and lighting.
Do you sell raw (ungraded) cards?
Yes! We sell both raw single cards and professionally graded slabs. Check the product title and description to see if a card is graded or raw.
Can I request specific card conditions?
Our listings show the exact card condition. If you're looking for a specific card in a particular condition that we don't have listed, contact us at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com and we may be able to source it for you.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our Shopify checkout (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Do your prices include taxes and shipping?
Prices listed on our website do not include taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated. These will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Why do card prices fluctuate?
Trading card values change based on market demand, tournament results, new set releases, and other factors. Our prices reflect current market rates and are updated regularly.
Can prices change after I place my order?
No. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time you place the order, as shown in your order confirmation email.
Account & Technical Issues
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
I'm having trouble placing an order. What should I do?
If you're experiencing technical difficulties, try:
- Clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Using a different browser or device
- Disabling browser extensions
- Checking that your payment information is correct
