Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at k0s Card Shop - Singles & Slabs! We take great care in packaging and shipping your collectible cards and graded slabs to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Please note: We are closed on Mondays. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will ship on Tuesday.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS using the following methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
All shipments include tracking information.
Delivery Time
Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Avon, Indiana store location:

To use local pickup:
1. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
2. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
3. Bring your order confirmation email and valid ID
4. Pickup during our store hours (visit k0scardshop.com for current hours)
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification or may be subject to cancellation and refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
You can also view your order status by clicking "View your order" in your order confirmation email.
Packaging
All cards and graded slabs are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Single cards are placed in protective sleeves and toploaders
- Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and secured in rigid mailers
- All packages are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers or boxes
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
1. Do not refuse the package - accept it and inspect the contents
2. If items are damaged, contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com with photos
3. We will work with you to resolve the issue
If you believe your package is lost:
1. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
2. File a claim with USPS if applicable
3. Contact us at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com for assistance
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com. We can only update addresses before the order ships.
