Return Policy

At k0s Card Shop, we take great care in authenticating and accurately describing all products before sale.

Single Cards & Graded Slabs (Online)
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and professionally graded slabs, all online sales of single cards and slabs are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Sealed Products (In-Store Purchases)
For sealed TCG products purchased in-store, we accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original condition with receipt.

To initiate a return:
- Visit our store at 8100 E US HWY 36, Suite Q, Avon, IN 46123
- Bring your receipt and the unopened product
- We will inspect and process approved returns

Quality Guarantee
- All cards are inspected and accurately graded
- Graded slabs are authenticated (PSA, TAG, CGC)
- Photos accurately represent card condition
- Sealed products are verified authentic

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com (online orders) or visit our store (in-store purchases) with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
